speakers in adrenelin system

The adrenelin systen is suppossed to have 9 speakers but i can only see the four main ones in the door plus the sub.... does each speaker in each door have a tweeter unit too and hence ford calls that the 8 speakers plus the sub?

Yes the adren. has tweeters also as far as i can tell.

There are 2-way speakers in each door - those count as 8 speakers, and then the sub.

Yeah, they are 5x7 / 6x8 sized plates that have two separate speakers mounted on them; a small midrange speaker (maybe 4 inches) and a tweeter (maybe 1.5 inches) and a crossover mounted to the back by the terminals...
