Soft brakes

I have had soft brakes for awhile now. I replaced RF caliper couple years ago..Even after bleeding brakes all the way around I still get soft brakes. Is there an issue out there that I don't know about? Any suggestions?

If you're sure there is no air in the lines, then the Master Cylinder is my opinion.

Bad fluid- change the brake fluid and see it it gets better. Did the Subaru last week and the pedal is hard as a rock.
