Me thinks Tood either had the wheels off the ground or he was on ide. The engine temperature looks too cold to be that cool but got up to over 120 MPH.

Conssidering mine cuts out at 100mph (and for all the law inforcment out there it's just a rumor I heard) I would tend to agree that something is not right in that pic or some modificationing has happened to the old trac.
