I work in a Ford parts department and according to my computer the shocks on a Ranger and Sport Trac are different. They might work but I wouldn't count on it.

If you can get a set of OME (Old Man Emu) shocks I would recommend them over any other. They are made for off/on road, however, are a VERY comfy shock.
