I have a cap for my '04 ST and I wired the center brake light using a 4-way flat plug going into my trailer tow plug. I saw on a site (link here) that F-150's have a separate green wire coming off the driver side wire loom prior to the rear brake setup so that the turn signals dont cause the center brake light to flash. I tried a custom wiring job under the truck using an intermediate 4-way flat in between mt trailer tow harness and the Ford wiring, but the turn signals make the center brake light flash, so I went back to the original setup for now...Anyone know if the Gen 1 ST's have a similar 1-wire setup for a more custom look?

Thanks

YUP....... Tucked under the bumper frame between the spare tire and bumper are 2 wires that are capped, say CHMSL on them...... that's your + and - Wires. Run them up the side of the bed and go into the bed and connect to light.
