I seen the scangauge mentioned from time-to-time, but I was wondering how the tranny temp gauge works on it? Is anyone happy with it? I have 3500 pound(dry) camper I am getting ready to pull long distance (flat ground along the coast and into Florida) with my 2007 V6 ST and am thinking of using the scangauge. Looking for advice.

Thanks,

Wayne

i have a ultragauge i dont have a tranny temp on it but i have a 2001 i just put a stand alone temp gauge on it

i have pulled my camper with no problems with my setup and it was fairly cheap

the gen 2 trucks may be able to get tranny temps on ultragauge im not sure

I also have the ScanGuageII and use the tranny temps. It did show me that I would be better to have an additional tranny cooler. I pull a RV weighing about 3800lb ready for camping.
