Went out to remove the rook rack today and the small T20 bolts/screws rounded out like they were hammered in. :angry: Suggestions for removal? Thanks...

A screw extractor, (EZ Out) may be your only option, unless you drill them out.
You can buy them individually, instead of buying a set. Get plastic caps from any auto parts store.
Duplicolor spray paint to match. Make sure to use sealant, preferably silicone.
Check message board or projects sections, many have removed the roof racks. Good Luck.
P.S.- Check (Fast Eddie'04) library. He has some nice pics.

If they were like the ones on my ex-wifes escape. They had lock tite on them. I had to use my 1/4 air ratchet and hold downward pressure.
The ones on my '04 trac came out easy.
