Replace cruise control cable instructions?

Does anyone have instructions on replacing the cruise control cable on the '05 Sport Trac? Mine has cracked the plastic shield at the throttle body end of the cable so I have purchased a replacement cable. Any assistance appreciated.

Received my new cable and got it installed. Simple job. Only problem I had was getting the new cable to stay in the groove on the servo pulley, but this is a simple repair.
