Removing rear bumper

So im painting my rear bumper today and wanted to get some tips on removing either the bumper or the trim, which is easier, how to etc. Thanks

if you buy the class 3 hitch receiver and follow the directions for the install the whole bumper will drop on your head with no warning, at least thats how I did it

got under there and looked today and found several bolts but not sure of which ones to remove. anyone have a pic for me?
