Rear Power Window seal

My rear window seal on the very back of the cab has gone bad. Being as I have not had a truck where the rear glass rolls down i do not know how to replace it........If anyone has any ideas or knows how please let me know.....im sure it would save me some time and money

My rear window seal on the very back of the cab has gone bad.

Leaking, looks bad, part of it fell off ............ What constitutes "bad".



It's a royal PITA to get it out and back in properly.
