Rear bed window cable pulley

Anyone familiar with how to restring the cable onto the pulley for the rear window motor ? The pulley was stuck on the motor gear during removal and the cable popped off. I'm just worried that there has to be a different amount of cable to raise and lower it. In other words ,you can't just restring it any old way. Thanks in advance for any input !

So you're saying it isn't meant to be restrung ? Doesn't look like much access to be able to unattach and reattach the other ends of the cables if I were to replace it as a unit.
