Question about a plug

My sport trac has a 12v electrical outlet on the Left side of the bed. About 1-1/2 round. Is that grounded on the diameter and hot in the center? What's it called ? and besides the Dealer where can I get one?

It's a standard 12v dc outlet, which would be hot in the center. A salvage yard would have them, or a dealer. I took mine out of my trac before they came and got it. I will get a part number for everyone
