hey this last monday my son hopped into my 2005 sporttrac and hit the wiring to the fuel shut off switch making the truck stop running has anyone else come across this and did they do something so that it would not happen again?:driving::driving::driving:

HUGE FEET. :bwahaha:

Check the connector, they have been known to fail. Can the inertia switch be moved? Enough slack?

It, and the wiring, is supposed to be behind the kick panel, so that they can't be kicked. This is why I asked how this happened; have to know how it happened to make some change.

I remeber years ago B-inlaws and freinds rangers were sensative to being kicked. I think some of our trac members have had the same issue.
