probox and jl sub

Just got my JL sub and Probox in today!...I love it.. 100.00+30.00shipping... I have an Alpine MRD-300 amp from ebay won for 45.00 shipped...it will run about 150w RMS at 4ohms...I have to wait for it to arrive fixing to send $$ to seller, does the probox eliminate the brakets under the rear seat? or does it just slide in........is there anyone in houston who has a temp amp until I get mine in the mail?..I would love to hear it this weekend
