I purposely got my Trac without step bars after having a Ranger with step bars because they were only good for getting my pants dirty in the winter when I'd get in or out.

Why do some Tracs have the Explorer Emblem on the doors and some dont? Was it the years that decided this? Because my 2004 Doesnt. Looks like the 2001 does.

2001 and 2002 has it. IIRC, 2003 and on doesn't.
