Passenger mirror

Anyone replace a mirror on the Gen 1 ST? I broke my passenger side mirror and was curious how difficult it is to replace the entire unit. Looks like you have to remove the door panel to get to the bolts that hold it to the door??

Yeah, just remove the door panel and there's 3 holes that your socket will fit through to remove the nuts. You'll have to remove the speaker so you can get to the wiring connector. Be sure you keep the new wiring in the same route as the old so it doesn't get ripped by the door glass movement.

There's one nut in the "hook" hole and two more under that flap.
