pass.air bag COVER

Does anyone know how the passenger air bag cover comes off? I would like to replace mine but I think it don't just come off without going through a big deal. Thanks to all..,in advance

Sorry, could not get 2007 ST pdf to load. 2006-10 Explorer "should" be the same. PLEASE disconnect the battery at least 30 minutes BEFORE working around the air bags. GL
