PAC C2R-FRD1 stereo interface- 07 ST

I'm in the proccess of soldering and srink tubing all my harnesses for my Pioneer AVIC-F90BT install and I'm wondering if the PAC interface blue/white amp wire gets connected to the F90BT blue/white amp wire? I am not using aftermarket amps. I just upgraded speakers and using factory sub

if your using the factory SUB then yes you will need to.
