P0402 wont go away on my 01 ??

I start with a bank 1 and bank 2 too lean back on mothers day,,

I changed the Vacuum elbow and the O2sensors,, Everything was fine.



Then I got the P0401 (think) a couple of weeks ago,,

put in a new DPFE unit and it the CEL was quite for like a week,



Now it comes on and goes off code reads P0402,

I took the EGR valve off and it is very clean,, I flushed and tested and it seem to work perfect.

I could find no blockage in the tubes under the DPFE or where the EFR valve is hooked up.
