Thanks for all the input. We'll have to look at Dodge again and the Honda. We had a 1988 Plymouth and put two trannies in it between 90k and 135k. When reverse dropped out at 165k, we got the Astro. It's got 132k and has run like a champ all that time.

I wanted to get a Pilot or Trailblazer or Explorer, but she wants the mini van.

Thanks!

I've been in the Dodge GC and the Honda Oddysey, both were very nice. The Honda has a very good design, and one of my co-workers is in love with his.

Ford's offering, from what I hear they leak like hell. Another co-worker somehow managed to bitch enough to Ford about his new Free-whatever, Dearborn made the dealer swap it for a new Explorer EB. Seems enough leak repairs were done to go beyond the lemon law.

It's hard to be cool when you’re behind the wheel

Of an eight-passenger automobile

In a big bubble, cruisin’ down the street

With Barnery blaring and a baby seat

Hey, it can be done but I’m telling you man

It’s hard to be cool in a minivan

Thanks, Oak Ridge Boys
