ok know how do i change the rear window switch

how do i change the the rear window switch and any idea on how to get the dash piece that surounds the switch off????

Did you try the reset method after the motor change?

yes i have tryed the rest set mode and i got nothing right know i have cardbord in my window keeping the rain out i am ordering the switch tomorow form ford ... my vent part of the switch has not worked for a couple 3 months so i am going to try replacing the switch... i





I put the new used motor a in and i re set then i tested it by roling down the motor whle it was on my back seat... and when turned the swicth to role up the window i got nothing so i am guessing i need to replace the switch... this has been a neat process \

If the switch works in one direction. Try reversing or jumping out the power the oposite direction. That may let you know if it is the switch or not.

How's it going buddy! LOL pretty much what Dingo said. Get those two little screws off and you can get to the switch fairly easily.
