has anyone had troubles with their temperature knob. the knob turns but will not change temp. it will only blow cold air. it doesn't appear to be the heater core or anything of that nature. last year i could hear it changing temp, this year there is no sound at all. is it vacuum, electrical? i am not familiar with climate control on vehicles at all! thanks for any suggestions!!
