STOP WITH THE RETIREMENT! I got a whole bunch more years to go, with 3 of my crew (out of 4) retiring within the next 3 years (one in a month, the other another year, and the third, a year maybe after that!) Listening to all they have planned, what they are going to do (or not do), and just the wonderous winding down has got me thinking ya all need to stop!
