put a new set of Cooper Discoverer ATP on wifes 05 ST. got 265/75/16 and i believe they are the perfect size. looks lots better than the 255/70 or 265/70. taller but not as wide. about 2.5" taller and 1.0" narrower than the 265/70. she wanted a rougher tread. drove them home from installer and they did not roar, wobble or bump. pretty happy so far, see how they wear. great price also from discounttiredirect.com.

Good choice. I really believe the 265/75 is the perfect tire size for the Sport Trac.:supercool:

thanks, wife likes the way they ride. no noticeable road noise as of yet. took them on a road trip so got up to about 70mph and never had any issues dry or rain. like i say will see how they wear as i live in the mountains and it takes it's toll on tires.
