They're Illinois Iraq Campaign medal plates. It took me 2 tries to get them. They accept the DOD separation/retirement paperwork, but I'm still active duty, and they wouldn't accept my AF rip because it was a printed web page which could be forged (so they say), so after a note from my Lieutenant, here they are!
