Ford recommends replacing this at 100,000 miles. I bought 2 of these thinking the front and rear were the same and of course they aren't. So now I have an extra one. I have a 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, and did the replacement this weekend in about 10 minutes. It is very easy as you only need a wrench.
I believe this sensor will fit all 2001-2005 models, however please check with a Ford dealer or mechanic to be certain.
I am asking $50 including S&H within the US. If you are outside the US then we can work out something based on any additional shipping charges.
Ford Motorcraft O2 (Oxygen) Sensor
Ford Part Number: F85Z-9G444-AB
The picture shows the sensor I used on my truck on top of the bag of the extra sensor. You will get the sensor that is still in the original sealed plastic bag.
