need need oem mounting bracket

noticed fog light sitting funny today , upon looking under 2 of the 3 screw points are cracked.

Anyone know were or have oem Bracket for fog light passenger side 2004 thanks

I think the light & bracket are all one piece.

The light and bracket is all one piece. Mine cost me $42 to buy a new one. A rock hit my lens.
