Navigation DVDs. Can they be resold?

Hey everyone. I've been gone for a couple months since I sold the Trac back in April. I have a question that I have searched for but can't nail down. I bought the map update from Navteq back in 2013. It came with 4 discs. Two were a software update, and two for the map update. I was wondering if these could be resold - or if they are now useless. If I can resell them, I'll list them on the Swap and Sell board. Thanks!

When you bought the map update, you were asked for the application number from your radio. The update cannot be used on a different vehicle.
