My body bushing/mount questions

Was the bolt and nut included? What size is the bolt if it wasn't included?

Removed the front seats, grinded off the A-piller bushings and the b-pillar bushings. We then loosened the rear most bolts in the cab. Jacked the cab up so that we could remove the old bushings that were above the mounts. Installed the 9.4102G bushings and used 4" grade 8 bolts, grade 8 washers, locknuts and loctite. Took 8 hours.
