is there a way to adjust the manual seat back tilt lever? when i adjust the seat after the wife drives the truck,i put it in position for me and when i lean back it falls further down then i want.

TSB only shows 1998-2001 and isn't vehicle specific. I have the same issue with my manual recliner not always locking in position. Had the seat back cover
folded up but can't seem to access the bolt in question. Checked for recalls by VIN but came up empty. Lucky I'm the only driver so it stays in the same position.
