Loud Whistling Noise?

I am getting a Loud Whistling Noise when i am driving above 15mph. The sound stays consistent even if i tap the brakes or lockem up.



As soon as it falls below 15mph it stops.



Any ideas? I was thinking maybe wheel bearings, But not sure if its engine or not.

sounds like an iac solenoid- idle air control

The IAC is only active during Idle. Wont be that.
