Thieves, aren't they? The dash is easily removed. 2 bolts (use 1/4 socket) hold the lower panel on under the steering wheel. After you remove that, 2 bolts secure the main dash on. Those bolts are lower than the gauges. Lower the steering column and lift the dash cover up and out. 4 bolts hold the gauge cluster on. They are easy to see. (It's much easier to find the first 4 with a flashlight.) Remove the gauge cluster bolts and you can move the assembly forward. A bunch of white screw-things on the back hold the various dash bulbs in place. They are easy to unscrew. Take out the one with the bad bulb, replace the bulb, and reassemble.
