I have a 07 ST with a dashboard light out (Gas Gauge section) I have called a couple dealers as well as private shops and they want $200+ to replace. I am looking for assistance in replacing this ourselves. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thieves, aren't they? The dash is easily removed. 2 bolts (use 1/4 socket) hold the lower panel on under the steering wheel. After you remove that, 2 bolts secure the main dash on. Those bolts are lower than the gauges. Lower the steering column and lift the dash cover up and out. 4 bolts hold the gauge cluster on. They are easy to see. (It's much easier to find the first 4 with a flashlight.) Remove the gauge cluster bolts and you can move the assembly forward. A bunch of white screw-things on the back hold the various dash bulbs in place. They are easy to unscrew. Take out the one with the bad bulb, replace the bulb, and reassemble.

Great pictures are here:

(I painted that horrible sun-reflecting chrome trim flat black.)

You just saved $200 in 20 minutes!
