I'm in MD and an selling an after market lid for $350. It's white but can be painted to match the color of your truck. Would be willing to meet you half way somewhere. I have pictures in my profile if you wanted to take a look.

I've got a flawless Ford OEM tonneau, all the hardware and even a key so you won't have to pay a dealer to rekey the cover to your ignition key. It is off my old Trac and would not fit my '07. I've got a 4000# Class III/IV hitch as well. But they are in Blairsville GA and would cost a great deal (~$200) to ship. If you are interested send me a note. I'd take $400 for both but you would need to pay for the shipping..
