Loading e-mail addresses

I'm not real good with computors, but can someone tell me how to load a e-mail address into my address book from the members sight? I'd like to send a bulk e-mail to members in my local area,about starting a local ST club. If I go to the members sight page, how can i simply transfer their address to my address book without having to simply just write it out myself. Hope this makes sense to someone!!:smile0005:

copy and paste, select the text you want to save and hit ctrl and c on your keyboard, go to your address book and create a new contact and put the cursor in the email box and hit ctrl and v on your keyboard.



It will be a long process, but unless the admins have some way of exporting the list for you thats I have got to help.
