Hello all,

I am looking at putting some auxillary lights on my '01 ST, but was wondering where to put the switches. Has anyone come up with a convient/good-looking location?

If you have the short center console, you can mount them on the front of the console. They're easy to reach there, and nobody can really see them. I pulled the wires under the rubber flooring with a clothes hanger to wire them there.

Look in my library for pics.

I actually have 2 switches there now. One for the spotlights I added on the brushguard (blue switch), one for the aftermarket fog lights I put in (amber switch).

You could get a radio bezel from an Explorer and use that. have to modify a light switch to fit in the rear defogger switch location. But it works.

just the bezel

I put mine here... above the blue light. It's for my driving lights on the front bar.

BigD, it's a remote kit for the Escort Passport 8500 X50. you plug that into the radar, and run power to that little box, and mount it where you want it. Only like $25 add on, and I love it.

I have mine on the door right above the mirror switch looks like a stock location, not to obvious either which i really like.
