I love my job and really enjoy what I do.....I hope the company isn't on it's way out since they do still have a major customer base, but the customers have had to slow down as well with the way the semiconductor indrustry has slowed down. We are now down to the bare bones and I don't think they can afford another layoff for the cleanroom people....they really need to start weeding out all the useless management that are making six figures.
I just have to really buckle down with all these cutbacks with the days or weeks we aren't working.
