LED tail light/break/turn signal fuse

I hope the pics worked?? Anyway, I ordered some LED bulbs from V-LEDS. I also ordered the fuse so the turn signals won't hyper flash. I'm just not sure which wires to connect it to. I'm I correct in thinking the black is ground and the middle brown will be the turn signal?

Here's a much simpler solution: Got to AutoZone (or any other auto parts store) and pick up a $12 electronic flasher unit and replace the OEM unit. It's located under the steering column near the firewall on the driver's side. It's a plug-and-play piece of cake!
