I just order all LED's for outside of truck, I also included load resistors. I need the colors of the wires for the LF, RF, LR and RR turn signals so I can put the resistors across them. Thanks.

Its a lot easier to put a electonic led flasher in one and done.. I did my 03 and it works like a champ and it does what it is supposed to do cut down on amps to run all your lights
 
If the flash is controlled by the ECU, do you really need the load resistors? They are needed because the old-fashioned mechanical flasher doesn't heat up enough to work properly with the lower current draw of the LEDs. Maybe the ECU doesn't care about the lower current draw of LEDs?
 
Any update on this? Were the resistors needed, or did the ECU take care of the lower resistance in the LED's?
