Is This Ridgid Shop Vac A Good Deal?

I have a 1 1/2 gal one. Has plenty of power and it works good for me. When I shopped for it ACE hardware had a better price.

just got one for my shop. I was surprised at the amount of power that little thing has, and I use it hard. Definitely a good little vac

For $29 and the stellar reviews I couldn't go wrong. Very solid and has amazing power for it's size.

The motor and filter takes up about half the drums volume, so if you have a lot of water to vacuum,

you will be emptying often. Also, the replacement filter is about $18, more than half a new vacuum.

Never been a believer in "lifetime" warranties but I'll file the manual and receipt and see if it's honored.

If you are vacuuming fluids, pull the filter off
