Interior light problem

i am installing LED replacement bulbs on my 08 STA. On the interior, the back seat one works well. The 2 bulbs for the front lights are not working. When i first touched the LED to the contacts it glowed but neither work now. My immediate thought was blew a fuse, but the rear lite runs off the same circuit and it works.



ANybody got any thoughts before i retore the original bulbs and take it in for warrenty

No ideas, but you might replace the rear bulbs with the original bulbs so they don't find them in their 'troubleshooting' efforts.

Mine did not light at first either.

I turned them around and they work fine now.

Maybe you did like me and have the connection backwards.

I took my front overhead console completely off to install them, only to find out I had them backwards when I reinstalled it.

Otherwise, take the ones from the front and put them in the rear & visa versa.

Then you'll know if its the connection or the bulbs.

BTW, I've replace all of my interior (except the glove box) with LED and I'm so glad I did.

Regular lighting just annoys me now that I'm used to it.
