I went in to register my wife's new ride today, a couple of things were interesting:
Agent told me it used to be about a week before I'd get my official title, but since the state of Oklahoma installed their new 'efficient' software, it is now taking about two weeks.
There is a new $12.50 fee for tire disposal. I asked about it, she told me that it was the states position that someday I'd need to dispose of the tires that came on the vehicle, even though the fee would also be charged by the tire store when I bought new tires.
