I’m looking at a 2007 sport trac with 247,000 miles. 4.0 . The seller said it really has 205,000.00 miles as he just changed the instrument cluster. Wouldn’t the miles be stored in the ecm and not the cluster? I don’t doubt that he changed the cluster because car fax showed the one month jump in miles. Other question is with 205k miles what repairs do I have coming up?
