Image Manipulation Technique

Found <a href="http://ebin.wordpress.com/2007/03/21/how-to-turn-your-photo-into-movie-like-effect-using-photoshop/">this site</a> that explains a method to manipulate photos to make them look like they're in a movie. I tried it with one of my ST pics and took this (at least simular):

I like it. I did a quick one in PS but I need to work on getting the ST to look more like the background (color, noise, etc.).

Here's a quick one that you can do with a radial blur. It's simple but cool.
