since it got cold there's been a bad squeal coming from the tensioner pulley that i had been prolonging with PB blaster, i was playing with it a little today and it does have a little "slop" in it so i figured i should replace all 3 pieces just in case... so i ordered a ACDELCO tensioner pulley($13), a FOUR SEASONS idler pulley ($12) and a DAYCO POLYRIB ($20) belt from rockauto all for about $45 bucks, plus i had 5% off:supercool:... man i love those guys:haveabeer:... i price matched to the advance auto a mile from my house and for those parts it would have cost me almost:fire: $150!!!!!

Using a 1/2" shorter belt on the Gen 1 is a great improvement. One of many threads, do a search.
