Don't mean to correct, but the AC Bristol was an assembly line car, shipped over here from England and modified by Shelby. I think in large numbers, 3 or 4 thousand maybe. His shop was as much an assembly line as any manufacturer in Detriot.

But I digress, my favorite would have to be the original concept for the "mako shark" corvette. I think it was made in '63 and the Mako shark II in '65 led to the design of the 3rd generation Stingray.

BTW Andy, (post immediately above), Rodger put this in the "NON- FORD VEHICLES" category . Mustang? Always thought they were Fords. ;)

I can't find any info regarding the number of vehicles needed to be made to classify it as a "mass produced production" vehicle. I.E.- 1 million, 500K, etc. How many need to be manufactured?

I'll go with the "ENZO". My choice for "non-production" vehicles, excluding Fords. Only because of it's limited quantity, performance, and a ridiculous price to boot.

BTW- You did put this in the "NON- FORD VEHICLES" category right? Mustang? Always thought they were Fords.

You are correct in that the Mustang is a Ford, but the original Shelby Corbra was not a Mustang. It used an British AC Bristol body.

Here's a YouTube video of two original '65 427 Cobra's.

Classic vehicle driven by an "underpowered" Peugeot motor. It was John's "density". (Bad Joke)

Our "stock" ST's have the DeLorean DMC-12 beat by almost 2 seconds from 0-60. (1.8 to be exact)

Unless it was built and designed by Dr. Brown! "Flux Capacitor" optional. ;)
