Depends.
We may be buying a new house next year...AND...going to Europe. Either a tour of Italy or going on our own to Germany/Austria/Switzerland.
Not really sure about anything yet.

We know what type of house we want. For kicks and giggles, we looked at one house and fell in love. We really want it, but we have contract negotiations coming up this spring and it is never a good idea to buy a house before contract talks.
There are going to be some sticking points that will need to be ironed out in that contract. It may get ugly.
I may een possibly postpone the trip to Europe too. Not sure though.
