Hole spacing on tailgate Sport Trac badge...

For those of you that have taken off the Sport Trac square badge on the left side of the tailgate, do you know how wide the holes are spaced apart by any chance?



You can either measure the pins on the badge if you still have it, or measure how far the holes are spaced apart on the tailgate if your badge is still off...

Ok so the holes are 4.9 inches apart so I now have one more related question... are the holes in line with each other or offset?

Why do you axe?



Oh, and if it's relevant, there's a damn thumb-sized hole under it in the tailgate, too. I can't measure that, though, as mine's covered.

Ah Ok that does help Dingo, many thanks... That thumb sized hole may indeed pose a problem to what i was thinking... The F150 has that too... darn!
