Help with removing Arm Rest

Hi all!!



I am trying to remove the arm rest so I can put my replacement one on.



I have taken the actual gray pad/cushion part off and all that is left is the plastic harware piece the pad bolts/fastens to. I can not figure out how to take this piece off.



Help!!



Anyone know how?
