Help with Brakes

Whenever I come to a stop, my steering wheel shakes back and forth? Do I need new brake pads or something?

You don't necessarily need new brake pads but the rotors need to be turned or replaced.

Sounds like warped rotors. Either get them resurfaced, or replaced, depending on the thickness and remaining life.

your will need new brake pads too.. when ever you resurface or replace rotors DO NOT reuse old brake pads.... but it sounds like you have warped rotors...
