Help! she's sputtering

While accelerating i can hear my engine sputter through the exhaust but don't feel it. Went to get the codes scanned and they said the scanner can't find the computer. Something about an OBDII fuse. Does anyone know about this fuse and where it's located. I ned to find out why my ST is sputtering. Also i am hearing the rattle of death from the motor.

Valve timing issues?

Check your manual, it's a standard fuse in your fuse panel on the driver side between the door and dash.



If that fuse is blown, your cigarette lighter won't work either.



The idiot with the scanner couldn't change it for you?
